For 2022 the championship which will incorporate a mixture of short, medium and long off road races. Scoring and rules are as follows:
- You must be signed up as Insch Trail Running Club and wear an ITRC top/vest/jacket (weather dependant obviously) when competing in the race
- Scoring will be simple and based on ITRC finishing position only. So first ITRC male or female 100 points, 2nd – 99 points, 3rd – 98 points etc
- Prizes will be awarded to overall male and female winner plus age categories (Senior, V40, V50, V60 etc). This format will mean there is more competition throughout the year within the club.
- Results will be based on your best combined points total from 6 races. In the unlikely event of a draw between 2 athletes then the score for the 7th race is included (then 8th race, 9th race etc if required). So competing in more races may be beneficial.
Below is a list of all the races including dates they commence (if known) and a link (click on the race) to the relevant website for entry. Reminders will also be posted on the ITRC Facebook page and will be listed on the Stack Team App so nobody misses out.
